All dresses in our online shop are also available in store, these are all ex-sample gowns and may have imperfections. It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully check over the dress before purchasing to ensure they are happy to take the dress in the condition it is in, as they are all non-refundable, we would always recommend visiting the store however, if the gown has a promotional discount added for online purchases only the condition of the dress is at the buyer’s risk, please call for any queries regarding the favourite dress.

 

DISCOUNT CODES – ONLINE SHOP ONLY

• Dresses with a discount code, purchased online can be collected in store or sent via the buyers own courier (Couriered gowns to be collected in 14days, in store collections must be within a month).

• We would always recommend collecting instore (Monday to Friday) as this allows the buyer to exchange the funds to an alternative gown (this credit cannot be used against any accessories and can only be applied to a gown for the original online buyer, all credit valid for 6 months). Once the gown has left the boutique this no longer applies.

•  Online discount codes will not be offered in store
